All charters are subject to these terms. By booking, you accept our cancellation policy and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to substitute vessels of similar quality if necessary. The following commerce terms govern all bookings with AquaVista Charters LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By reserving a charter with us, you agree to these terms, which cover payment, confirmation, fulfillment, cancellation, changes, and support. Our business model is service‑based yacht rental, not a sale of physical goods; therefore, terms like “delivery” refer to the provision of our service experience at the agreed boarding point. We have designed these policies to be fair and transparent, and we are always available to clarify any point before you commit. The key documents that form your agreement with us are: your booking confirmation, the payment and cancellation policies below, our privacy policy, and our cookie and consent notices. These together describe your rights and obligations as a charter guest. Please read them carefully and keep a copy of your confirmation for your records. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full effect. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices include fuel, crew, and standard amenities unless otherwise stated. All prices for AquaVista Charters are quoted in United States dollars and include all mandatory taxes, port fees, and standard service charges unless otherwise stated. A non‑refundable deposit of 35% of the total charter fee is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is applied against the final balance and secures your chosen vessel and date. The remaining 65% must be settled no later than seven calendar days before the scheduled departure time. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. For bookings made within seven days of the charter date, full payment is due at the time of confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH bank transfers. Credit card payments are processed through a secure third‑party gateway; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Receipts and invoices are provided by email for every transaction. Additional services such as catering, bar packages, water toys, or extended hours are billed as separate line items and are due at the time they are added to your booking, or at the latest with the final balance. Should your charter duration extend beyond the agreed time due to a customer request made during the trip, overtime rates apply at $250 per hour, payable at the conclusion of the charter. All overtime must be approved by the captain based on safety and crew hours. A valid credit card must remain on file as a security guarantee for potential incidental charges, damages, or excessive cleaning. We will never charge your card for additional amounts without prior notice and your authorization except in cases of documented damage or cleaning beyond normal use, in which case a written explanation and repair or cleaning invoice will be provided.

Cancellation Terms
A confirmed service visit can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without a fee. Late changes are reviewed against team availability and the agreed estimate. The team confirms any change by phone or email. This keeps the booking terms clear for both the client and the service team.

AquaVista Charters provides dedicated customer support for all aspects of your booking and charter experience. Our support team is available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. After hours, you can leave a voicemail, and we will return your call the next morning. On the day of your charter, the captain’s cell number is provided in your pre‑departure email, and you can reach the captain directly for any last‑minute logistics, including changes to the boarding meeting point. Emergency support during a charter is available 24/7: in the unlikely event of a vessel issue or medical concern while on the water, the captain will immediately contact the relevant authorities and support services. We ask that all service‑related inquiries go through the main support channels rather than direct messages on social media, as we can better track and respond to your requests via phone or email. Our goal is to resolve any question or concern on first contact; if a matter requires follow‑up, we will set clear expectations for response time and keep you informed throughout.
